Delishia Cafe and Restaurant Sudanese food and drinks,
Targets Sudanese youth and families in Egypt, especially the Faisal area. The identity is based on the ancient Sudanese heritage in a modern way and with better value for Egyptian and Sudanese customers and users, given that the activity is in the Faisal neighborhood, Giza Governorate – Egypt, and those in charge of implementing the idea and activity are from the state of Sudan. The target is Sudanese and Egyptian youth, women and families, and therefore a name that brings happiness and joy was chosen, and Delishia was chosen. Therefore, the elements of the logo were chosen from the text and the symbol. The colors were chosen from the colors of the products and services together.
In the vibrant Faisal neighborhood, the scent of Sudanese heritage and the authenticity of dishes and drinks meet with modern touches under the roof of “Delishia Cafe and Restaurant.” This place is not just an ordinary cafe, but a story that combines nostalgia for the past and embracing the present, where Sudanese and Egyptians find themselves in an atmosphere that reflects the authentic Sudanese heritage with a modern touch, so that “Delishia” becomes more than just a name, but a destination that pulsates with happiness and joy.
Ancient Sudanese customs in the heart of modern Egypt
When the Sudanese stepped into Egypt in 2024, they brought with them a mix of customs and traditions that reflect the authenticity of their culture. Sudanese tea sessions with mint sweetness and special spices, and coffee ceremonies with their unique rituals, were an integral part of social bonds. At “Delicia”, these rituals are brought back to life, as visitors find themselves sitting at tables decorated with ancient Sudanese motifs, and tea cups designed with a character similar to those used in Khartoum.
Logo components: The story behind the design
The logo is a reflection of “Delicia”‘s vision and values. The logo consists of the text written in a font that reflects Sudanese heritage with its wavy and warm lines, with an artistic symbol that expresses a cup of a hot drink emitting steam, surrounded by Sudanese decorations inspired by the patterns of traditional fabrics.
Colors: Dark brown was chosen to express the warmth of Sudanese coffee,
while beige adds a touch of calm.
Pastel colors add a sense of happiness and joy, reflecting the vision of “Delicia” as a comfortable and fun haven for all ages.
We employed the previous instructions in designing internal and external signs that reflect the Sudanese heritage of the café or the desired idea.
Inside, you will find signs bearing famous Sudanese phrases such as “In Delicia, we created joy for your family” and “With us, you will love gathering” and also “Joy in every moment“, written in a traditional font, and decorated with drawings of Sudanese coffee pots.
As for the exterior, we shine with a modern design that combines an image of Sudanese palm trees and welcoming words that invite passersby to explore a unique experience inside the café.
Social media platform designs: The aim was to raise awareness of the new brand among the target groups, and this was done by a team specialized in promoting such projects. We created distinctive designs for social media platforms, as each image reflects the atmosphere of Delicia with a Sudanese character that creates memories for us.
Posts: They range from professional photos of dishes and drinks, such as Sudanese red tea and spiced coffee, to short videos showing the rituals of preparing them.
Colors: The designs combine dark brown and soft pastel to highlight warmth and simplicity, with the addition of decorative patterns inspired by Sudanese heritage.
Delicia’s message: More than just food and drink
Delicia is not just a place to eat and drink, but a space for nostalgia and communication between generations. It offers an exceptional experience where families and friends gather to live moments of Sudanese warmth with a modern spirit.
